Go Outside and Enjoy Nature
Donna, our Card Services Manager, loves the outdoors! To relax, she takes a walk outside and enjoys nature. She has walked many laps around the lake at our Maitland administrative office.

“Marking off items gives me a real sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.” Melody, our Training Manager, feels calm and in control when she sees her tasks and prioritizes them.

Celebrate the Little Things
In a fast paced work environment, it’s easy to forget to celebrate the victories both big and small. Our Engagement Team celebrates victories, or “maraca moments,” by shaking maracas during team meetings.
